Factory reset

Complete reset of the Lokus. WARNING, this also deletes all user cards and codes.
Procedure:
-insert the master code and press the Enter key
-insert 13 and press the Enter key (13 is function- Delete all)
-insert e.g. 1 and press the Enter key (confirmation of the function)
-if it is successful, longer funny beeeeeep is heard and then the Lokus confirms it with two beeps
