The Lokus can be changed to the Wiegand 26-bit reader and then used with a controller that supports this protocol. Of course it can be changed back to the standalone mode.
When you switch the device on, it beeps twice in the Lokus mode and once in the Wiegand 26-bit mode.

Switch from Lokus to Wiegand 26-bit:
-insert the master code and press the Enter key
-insert 9 and press the Enter key (9 is function - Switch to Wiegand 26-bit)
-insert 1 and press the Enter key (confirmation of the function)
-if it is successful, longer funny beeeeeep is heard and then the Lokus confirms it with one beep

Switch from Wiegand 26-bit to Lokus:
-turn on the controller
-approach a card as soon as you hear the initial beep (red and green led's must be on)
-wait for additional 9 beeps and remove a card
-if it is successful, the Lokus will confirm it with two beeps
