Negate / switch output state

This function is used, when you connect an electric strike or electric magnet which needs power supply to remain in locked state.
Procedure:
-approach the master card to the Lokus
-wait for 5 double beeps and remove master card (5 is function - Negate / switch output state)
-within a period of three seconds approach a user card (confirmation of the function)
-if it is successful, the Lokus will confirm it with two beeps and output state will instantly change
